To submit a new ticket for a sales or support inquiry, please visit our support site at http://support.professorink.com.
Once at the support site, you can click on Submit A Ticket, and follow the steps. Please be sure to submit your ticket to the appropriate department to ensure your ticket can be answered promptly.
For most Support issues, if you can provide your order number, printer model, and a detailed description of the issue, we can generally provide you a solution in one response.
Any sales questions about purchase orders, bulk orders, product availability, wholesale or other can be directed to our Sales department.
For all other general inquiries, please submit those to the General department.
Currently we only offer online support, however we answer all tickets every business day, and provide quick, satisfying results.
